Hotel Reservations

If you need hotel reservations and have not yet made your arrangements, you are encouraged to do so immediately as rooms may sell out prior to the cutoff dates that are listed.

Conference Check In

You may pick up your registration and conference materials beginning Monday, July 14, from 2:00-5:00 p.m. or Tuesday, July 15, beginning at 7:00 a.m. Registration will be open each day of the event 7:00 am – 1:30 pm.

Session Handouts

Session handouts will be available online to all registrants two weeks prior to each conference through the all-access CME Attendee Portal. Each registrant will receive an email with the Attendee Portal information. If you plan to access session handouts on-site via handheld devices, please download them prior to entering the meeting area as the ballrooms may have limited/slow internet access.

Virtual Access

ALL in-person registrations automatically have access to live stream the conference. As long as you have reliable WiFi you can live stream from home, hotel room, pool, anywhere. 

New! Recordings of the live event will be accessible for review for thirty (30) days after the conference for all in-person and virtual participants.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your In-person registration with at least 30 days or more prior to the conference start date you will receive a full refund of the tuition paid, less a $75 processing fee. Refunds will be provided in the original form of payment and will take two to four weeks to process. 

If you wish to change your In-person registration a one-time transfer to a conference program of your choice is available and is only valid for the current year. No refund or credit will be issued within 30 days of the conference start time.
