Refunds
Written notice of cancellation must be received at least 30 days or more prior to the conference start date. You will receive a full refund of the tuition paid, less a $75 processing fee. For a detailed look at the refund policy, please click here.
Hotel Reservations
We have negotiated significantly reduced room rates for Skin, Bones, Hearts & Private Parts guests at Hilton Pensacola Beach Gulf Front. If you need hotel reservations and have not yet made your arrangements, you are encouraged to do so immediately as rooms may sell out prior to the cutoff dates that are listed.

Parking
Complimentary parking for daily visitors. For overnight guests, Self parking $15 per car, per night. Valet parking $25 per car, per night (No in/out on valet).
Meals
Breakfast will be provided as part of your registration and will be available Tuesday – Friday from 6:30 – 8:00 am. Refreshments will be served to conference attendees throughout the day as well. Please refer to the final schedule for times. Lunch is on your own (sponsored lunches will be announced if applicable).
Conference Check In
You may pick up your registration and conference materials beginning Monday, May 19, from 2:00-5:00 p.m. or Tuesday, May 20th, beginning at 6:30 a.m. Registration will be open each day of the event 6:30 am – 1:30 pm.

Session Handouts
Session handouts will be available online to all registrants two weeks prior to each conference through the all-access CME Attendee Portal. Each registrant will receive an email with the Attendee Portal information. If you plan to access session handouts on-site via handheld devices, please download them prior to entering the meeting area as the ballrooms may have limited/slow internet access.
